Five years in the making, and  personally authored and demonstrated by master Liang, Qiang-Ya, Fu's famous spear forms are now printed in a 4-volume set: Fu Style Wu Dang - Three Spear Set.  There are  Over 500 instructional photos. In addition, master Liang has included various photos of his teacher, Fu, Zhen Song, along with some of his other students.

In China the spear was considered the king of weapons. The Fu Style Wudang Three-Spear Set was created by the legendary grandmaster, Fu, Zhen Song. When Fu, was young, he worked as Security and Bodyguard for the bankers. He always carried a spear and a broadsword. Fu was famous for his spear.

NOTE:  Do not confuse this with the WuDang Monk style from the
 province of WuDang Mountain in China. Grandmaster Fu, Zhen Song
called this unique style, Wudang, which means, the combination of Ba
Gua, Taiji and Xing-Yi.

Fu Style Bagua Dragon Palm

Fu Style Bagua Dragon Palm, was first created by Grandmaster Fu Zhen Song. He combined Yin Bagua, Yang Bagua, and Orthodox Bagua to create Bagua Dragon Palm.

Bagua Turning Palms 8 Postures

Bagua Turning Palm 8 Postures is a combination of all traditional styles of Bagua Zhang combined together.  This sequence has been authorized by The Wushu Research Institute, and is included in the formal training system. The special moving characteristic of this sequence is to blend the defensive and offensive techniques into round stepping movements.

Bagia Continuous Palm is the advance level of "Turning Palms 8 Postures" in exercises and training methods. It uses 38 basic movements from the "Turning Palm 8  Postures." In addition, extra movements have been added to the Bagua Continuous Palm such as, "Move the Flowers and Substitute Wood," "Rinoceros Look at the Moon," Horizontally Sweep the Thousand Soldiers," etc., It can be practiced with the "Nine Palace poles" along with self-defense application and technical strikes toward the poles.

Fu Style WuDang Tai Chi Sword was created by the First Tai Chi Master -- Zhang San-Feng. Later, he passed on to Chen Jia-Guo village; and then was passed on to Grandmaster Fu Zhen Song. Afterward, Grandmaster Fu added and put together many other elite internal sword skills movements to the sword form to created Fu Style WuDang Tai Chi Sword. Fu Style WuDang Tai Chi Sword is an internal martial arts. The sword forms emphasize using the waist to distribute the internal power. Grandmaster Fu also added bagua tornado power and bagua movements.
